There are lots of good shops. Stacie Ray at Smiling buddha, any of the peeps at Busido or Gypsey rose.

I am wanting to go for a consultation and then hopefully a new tattoo soon. Somewhere in Calgary. Can anyone help with some ideas? I am wanting a couple of Asian/Middle Eastern tatts.

obvoiusly im missing a few but these are some great canadian artists that come to mind for me.

Cooter still works at Lower East Side but he hates being called that... he'd rather be Chris. That's why I go by my last name at the shop so that people don't confuse us. He's currently at LES on sundays and mondays.

I might stop by, I haven't really felt welcome at that show in a while; which is NOT a refection on Stu, we had a really nice conversation coming back from the 2005 calgary show. The show definately needs to be spuiced up a little to get back the local partcipation of artsists that it once had.

I'll be there as usual. The owner of the shop where I work, Stu Kay, is one of the partners running that show. I just wish that he'd move me somewhere else in the show tho... it's gets too fucking loud near the damn stage! I wouldn't mind being in the other room for a change!

Scott McEwen at TCB in Toronto. Bill Bkare of Eikon Device (though he doesnt really tattoo anymore), Steeve Moore that used to be at Sacred Art in Vancouver, Marc Vieneau at Soul Survivors in Winnipeg, James Tex at Bushido in Calgary......and the list goes on.
