Hi Just here to live thru all of your bikes. I'm still in mourning over that I had to sell my 2004 HD 1200R. I miss it!! I see them ride by me in my box on 4 wheels, and I get jealous. Can't wait to get another one when my kids stop sucking the money out of our bank account. |

Hey there. I'm Langer. First name is Chris, but nobody really uses it. I just got my first scooter: '05 RoadKing Custom in black. Bought it a week and a half ago. I have been wanting a bike since I was 15, but first my parents and then the ex squashed that. Now I am 35, divorced, and free!
I am trying to go riding every morning if the weather is nice. I have only ridden a little over 200 miles so far, but 100 of that was last Friday. I LOVE IT!! I am going to LIVE it.
I am looking for others in my area to meet and ride with who can teach me about the life. But you need to be patient with the newbie!
Hope to talk to you all soon.

Looks like it's been a while since any one new has shown up! Well, here I go...
My name is Dan, I ride an '01 Road King. I've ridden since being inducted by my older brother when I ws 16 yrs old.
I have ridden Yamaha's, Honda's, and Kawasaki's until I got my dream ride when I hit 50. (Yes, it was like hitting it too!) So I have been in the breeze for 40 years... and still can't get enough of it.
As to my tattoos, they started at 30. (Another year that hit me hard and low.) I started with a bull (I'm a Taurus, so it just made sense to me.) over my heart and my last one was Sept of '05. I was told that after my heart surgery (Yes, I have one despite what some of my employees think) that I couldn't have any more due to the medicine I take.
But now I'm thinking with proper care that I can still continue on with a few more...
That's me... a little long winded and I apologise for that!

Am not currently an owner but a seeker. The OM has a 77 shovel that we enjoy daily during the summer. Active in both Abate and PGR. Just made homemade pasta and sauce, so feel free to stop by have a plate and a beer and say hi. Out to meet some new folks to see while out traveling and enjoy "our almost grown kids are gone" freedom. Expect nothing less from me than smart ass wit and fun! Hello to All Debbie |

had a sporty way back when i was in high school and had to sell it due to some money issues. have been in the military for over a year and a half now and am just about ready to get my baby on the road. been fixin her up here and there for about a month now. its a 1979 roadster edition sporty. 1000cc bored out to just shy of 1150. solo seat, black heat wrapped drag pipes, black paint. plan on putting different rims and lowering her bout 2 inches. i actually have a question for everyone how hard is it to put a set of blinkers on your bike if it used to have them. apparently the person that owned it before me ripped them off havent checked to see if the wires are still there. any insight would be appreciated. thanks |

Whats yp Low. yes I have anti reversion pipes with the cones built in. They make a difference in torque I feel. I like them also it lets me run bigger drag pipes but the back pressure is like they are 1 3/4" The ones I have are made by KROMEWERKS. I love em. They seal better on my shovelhead better than any other pipe Ive tried. In short though I am pleased with the ant-reversion cones. Later

Ive noticed some of you are from Ohio, the wildest rally I ve ever seen is in Chilicothe Ohio, the Easyriders rodeo.. I saw more crazy shit there than any where and Ive been to Lots and Lots of rallys. My favorite to attend now is the AMRA drag finals at Beech Bend in Bowling Green KY. It is still amazing after 12 straight years of attending. I mean how often do you see a Harley go over 200 in a quater mile |
