Yay! I am the second member to this group. But hey, maybe someone else will see this and join.

My comic is http://www.vaillife.net

Anyways, I already have a webcomic in place and it has been activly updated once a week on Fridays just over a year since May 13th, 2005. To celebrate my one year anniversary I am upping my updates to twice a week updating on Mondays and Fridays.

I was doing comics before the May 13th but they were bad. Even my early ones from a year ago are not as good as the ones I do today.

My only advice I can give is, if you are thinking about doing a webcomic, just do it. Don't plan, don't write out some elaborate scheme, don't wait for that perfect time or perfect idea. Your ideas and comic will develop as you do it and the only way you can refine your work to get anything good is to start it and constantly update it.

(EDIT Reposted here so that the post lasts longer then 30 days.)

I want a webcomic about tattoo artists. I may just write and draw it myself. I want some feedback, stories, and criticism as we move forward in developing this.

Scott McCloud says that diversity in comics is the only thing that can truely save the medium. I want to add to that medium.

A good friend has a webcomic that has 10,000 visitors each month, so we have the technical know-how to publish this.

Plus, I will share everything I know about publishing and sequential art to help you guys get your own comic rolling.
