I've been learning and doing this piercing thing for ten years now. I'm amazed that I was luck enough to get into the buisness when I did. I've meet so many wonderful and unforgetable people and done some interesting piercings too. I started out with the basics and now I've come so far in this profession that this Fall I've desided to pursue my medical career and become a nurse midwife. I'll miss puncturing people but It has become more of a hobby to me now and I feel that I should pass the torch to the younger piercers and watch the crazy and creative things that they will now come up with. I will insure that you become knowledgeable in cross contamination prevention, blood borne pathogens training, and CPR certification thru the Red Cross and sterilization technics, and registration through the state health board among other things. I will be accepting messages as to why you should be the one and I will set up interviews. Please do not respond to this post if you are not in California and within driving distance to San Diego. This is a serious comitment and I will not accept flakes or half ass people. This knowledge is not FREE you will work your butt off and learn alot. ( blood, sweat and tears in not just a saying in this profession)
