I am a tattoo artist of over 17 years and owner of Tattoo City - Skin Art Studio in Lockport Illinois. It is located only 30 minutes Southwest of Chicago. The shop opened in the spring of 1994 and has grown into one of the most respected and popular shops in the Midwest. My work has won well over one hundred awards at tattoo conventions all over North America. My work has been published in tattoo magazines all around the world including features in the USA, Canada, Scandinavia England, Italy and Japan with more articles to come. I have traveled the convention circuit in North America quite extensively in the last few years including twenty-one shows in 2005 alone. I can be found at many conventions laying down some great ink so anyone interested in setting up appointments for future shows should contact me well in advance of the show.

He has been hosting his show since the early 1980's. Rick's 13th International Tattoo Convention will take place January 15th - 18th 2009. It will again be held at the Radisson Hotel Complex attached to the Oneida Casino. The 2007 show was a huge success, bringing 10,000 people through 4 days.
