Booth Information
Immersed In Ink Booth Fees
Each 10x10 Booth Space - $ 450.00
Sponsorship Booth (10x30 or 20x20 booth space) - $3,000.00 (only 3 available)
Wristband Sponsorship (includes 10x10 booth) - $1,500 (only 1 available)
Booth Fee Includes: 10x10 Booth space, 2 tables, 4 chairs, wastebasket and 110v Electrical Outlet. Sharps Container will be provided for Artists only
Sponsorship Booth Includes:
10x30 or 20x20 Booth Space
Inclusion of logos in all print marketing
Sponsorship Mention in radio and TV promotion
Sponsor may hang banners near stage area or near admission.
Wristband Sponsorship Includes:
10x10 Booth Space
Company name, logo or website to be printed on all the wristbands sold at the door.
EXCLUSIONS FROM IMMERSED IN INK:
Immersed In Ink retains the sole right to determine if Artist meets the criteria for inclusion in the event. Immersed In Ink shall have the right to exclude Artists or Products and Services which it, in its sole discretion, considers unsuitable or not in keeping with the character of our event. Immersed In Ink reserves the right to restrict the operation of or evict completely any Artist who is determined by Immersed In Ink to be objectionable. Exhibits using sound systems must be arranged so as not to disturb adjacent exhibitors and their patrons nor cause the aisles to be blocked. Distribution of circulars, flyers, advertisements, coupons, etc. must be done within the confines of the Exhibitor’s rented space.
DEADLINE:
Complete payment, signed contract/online registration shall be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

General Show Information |
Admission: $15 per day and $25 per weekend pass. Children under 12 get in free! Cash only at the door, there is an ATM but we do recommend you bring enough cash to avoid the fees. Entertainment is all inclusive in your admissions price. Tickets are sold at the door only. Friday from 12:00pm to 5pm is 1/2 price admission!!!
Show Hours: The Tattoo Expo opens at 12:00pm on Friday and we stop admitting people at 10pm. The doors officially close when the last tattoo is completed. The doors re-open at 11:30Am on Saturday and close when the last tattoo of the day is completed. On Sunday the doors open at 12:00pm and the show closes at 8:00pm. We ask that people schedule their work to be complete as close to 8:00pm as possible so that we can get everything cleared out.
Contests: Best Ink of the Day Awards will be judged at 9pm on Friday and Saturday and at 7:00pm on Sunday. Best Ink of the Weekend will be judged on Sunday at 7:30pm. All other contest categories will be judged beginning at 3pm on Sunday. You may enter multiple tattoos into contests but you may only enter one category per tattoo. And as always, Contest entries are FREE for work performed at the show only. All other contest entries are $10.
