Please help |
| We are trying to raise enough money to get a headstone for our friend Troy. In this business, when an artist dies, typically there are no insurance policies, or any way to pay outstanding bills, let alone enough for a headstone. Please go to our website at http://www.tattoobydesign.net and click the donate button. In times like this, if we don't pull together, and help eachother, no one else will. |

RIP Rabbit Tat Tat |
Today I got some news that shook me to the core. My friend, brother in tattooing, and the man who made it possible for me to get into this business, passed on last night in a motorcycle accident. Troy was only 37 yrs. old and left behind a wife, 4 young children who loved him dearly, and many, many, friends and clients. Troy apprenticed many artists in the DFW area, and owned Alternative Tattoo, and Red White & Blue Tattoo. He also spend several years working with Lyle Valentich at Tattoo Body Works in Duncanville, TX. Troy was a very funny person. You couldn't spend five minutes with him without laughing. He also had a deep beleif in God, and was always harpin' on me to get my evil ass in church every Sunday. I never did go, and now I was I had. He taught me how to run a shop, how to party like a rock star, and how to be a stand up guy, no matter what life was throwing at you. I deeply regret not having stayed in closer contact with him over the past couple of years. His shop, in Whitney, TX was always in the back of my mind as a weekend trip to show him the Harley we had always talked about. I finally got the son of a bithc, and now I can never show him. He died the way he lived, balls out, sqeezing every drop out of life. He had more fun in his 37 years than most of us have in 70. Troy "Rabbit Tat Tat" Fox I love you my Brother, I will never forget you, Your memory will live on forever with me. Sean "Bones" McDonnell
**Anyone wishing to make a donation to help his wife and children in this time of need, please contact Lyle at Tattoo Body Works, they have a profile here on inked nation** |
