Eyes Lies |
In your eyes
I see rain,
clouds and thunder
lightning and pain.
When you're angry
they flash a dangerous gleam
They hold and stall me
And I taste misery.
Yet I can't bear to look away
break the gaze
come what may.
In your eyes
I see myself
Clinging to you
grasping for help
It's a torturous feather touch
You with your eyes
I'm wanton
I'm needing
of your eyes lies. |
