The Learning Curve |
So I've been tattoong for 8 years now. For six of those i've been here at my studio, working alongside three or four guys during that time. I've learned a lot, but I need to get to the next level.
Having recently split up from my husband, I'm after a break. I don't intend to leave my studio - I like it here and even though I work alongside my ex, its all amicable and I'm not looking to make a long-term move. BUT my feet are a little itchy. I would welcome the chance to work elsewhere for a short while, alongside someone who I can learn from.
I'm hard working, sensible (most of the time - he he!!) and honest and I would be an asset to most studios. My skills? Cover-ups, Japanese, newskool, portraits, nature but I'll do anything that can't be covered by a thong. Except tribal bands! You can see my work here.
In return I'd like to be able to bounce ideas around, gain new techniques and learn some new things all round. I need to take things to the next level and that's not happening in isolation here. And I'd like a laugh and to meet new people with a beer involved along the way no doubt!
So if anyone would like to offer me a slot for later in the year, I'd be interested in talking. Even a week would be cool.
So if anyone needs a hand let me know!

Hi Wendy. If your are interested in coming up here in December my area will be vacant as I'm off travelling from the 1st until the 19th.
You would be working alongside Steve Coulson who has been tattooing for 35 years. Also Gary who was trained by Steve and has 15 years experience.
