hmmm...well..there always a possibility you could find a better artist to just re do the whole piece and make it much better.unless you have your heart set on covering it now...im willing to bet its gonna need to be cover with a piece thats pretty much gonna take out your whole side...
my best suggestion would be to start thinking about what you like to see on yourself most as for like just and type
flowers,bio,skulls,etc...ya know
then find an awesome artist thats really good at cover-ups and have him draw his own interpretation of the ideas you gave him...
dont take too much time in what you want it to exactly look like though cuz it is a cover up and the shading would have to be improvised to complete the cover up as well
just let them sketch you up some cool outline ideas and check'm out and if ya like it then hop on that shit!
