i studied body piercing for 5 years, picking up little bits here and there and had built up a decent portfolio, most of which was done while i lived in connecticut. but it wasn't really my thing; i yearned to put my art on people more than anything else in this world...so, thanks to some friends, i found myself apprenticing at a shop in wilmington, de. i'm now a licensed tattoo artist working under billy roop at ink shop tattoo on 1925 west 4th street! anything else, just ask...stop by and see me...
aside from that, i went to art school to be a high school art teacher. i'm extremely shy; it takes a very long time to get to know who i really am. i don't hate anyone or anything...i'd have to say i'm the most laid back and optimistic person that most people know, or so i'm told. i'm extremely motivated and my art is my only true love in my life; a lot of people have a hard time dealing with this. i never truly believe that anything i create is good enough and always strive to be better. i view my life and the art i produce during that time is my journey, always willing and open to learn new things and fully understanding that my journey is a neverending one. i will never stop learning, as long as people never stop teaching me... |

| my work has been done by terry manning(wildcard tattoo studios in de), autumn(used to work at wildcard in de),victor simione (ink shop tattoo in de), seth mushrush (guest spots at wildcard), vick fiore (unemployed), jeff (green man in ct), and a guy from a shop in jersey at the ac convention. i have (lost count) tattoos in total...8 single nautical stars on my forearms and the back of my neck; a barcode on the back of my neck; an ankh, an eye of ra, and a pentacle along my spine; "independent" on my lower back; red angel wings on my shoulder blades; a german eagle on my stomach; a sacred heart in my cleavage; an "angel" bluebird on my right shoulder and "devil" bluebird on my left shoulder; the beginning of my sleeve on my left arm-->bettie page as a devil with 3 roses, blue nautical stars, green and yellow background stars, a horseshoe, and a banner proclaiming "miss fortune"; an art nouveau absinthe poster that covers my entire left forearm; new school style dagger on the inside of my left arm, an elaborate heart locket with a portrait of marlene dietrich on the underside of my left arm with a banner stating "mourir belle", 2 large red bows on the backs of my thighs with black seams running down to my heels, jessica rabbit on my right forearm, a four leaf clover on my right thumb, a horseshoe with little flowers on my left thumb, a severed geisha head on my left arm, an irish harp with clovers on my left arm, outlines for pistols on my hips, "dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today"(thanks james dean) in italian on my collarbones, "dollface" on my knuckles, cherries with cherry blossoms on my neck, bluebird on a plum branch on my foot, fans with stars on my back, super mario bros. nintendo stars on my face...and 2 other itty-bitty ones on me face:) i have a septum piercing, 3 lip piercings, navel, tongue, 3 plugs in each ear, industrial, tragus, daith, cartilage, nipples...i used to have a lot more, but time took its toll... |
