| my name is carlos ,and I am new to san antonio ,i recently moved here from los angeles ca....... in 1996 I apprenticed the old fashiond way, under the late BOB GARLAND, from oxnard ca. .A few years rolled by with no tattoo activity. after that i started at barrio ink in the san fernando valley...it no longer exists.
