| I am very passionate about food. I love it! I have been working in an office for 6+ years, just wanting to get out and get into an environment where I can have a creative outlet and feel satisfaction at the end of the day. I feel so blessed now that I am finally pursuing my dreams. Getting up and the ass crack of dawn is hard and so is being on my feet, but its worth it. Most people cant say they love what they do, and I aim to do that. Sure I will have bad days. Sure there will be the unexpected. I am embracing all of it. Its hard to stay positive every day, especially being a career changer and someone who doesnt have industry experience, but its something I am dealing with. Thanks for the comments by the way! |

Yeah, it seems in this industry the knowledge is endless. I am realy excited and kinda scared about whats ahead, I have no idea what kind of environment I want to work in yet (Restaurant/Hotel/Bakery??)
