| Hi! I wish I could help, but it is currently against California to tattoo minors- period. There is no such thing as parental consent for a tattoo in this state. I do know that Nevada and Florida allow the tattooing on minors that are over 16 with consent tho. My personal view is she's not even done growing yet, so best to wait. Just my opinion there tho. Hope this helped, sorry it's not the answer she was looking for :) |
