Made it! Made it through another killer spin class!
Then I did upper body strength training and interval cardio tonight.
Getting. Shit. Done!
Gonna build me a bike? Gonna teach me how to ride?

Yesterday I took a day off. I was in a 60min spin class followed by a 60mon body sculpt boot camp on Monday night.
I'm STILL in pain..
Gonna try and hack through a spin class tonight, then get dinner with a friend.
Should sleep like a baby tonight!
I'm sorry work's so slow... I'm prepping for a site visit tomorrow so I'm a little busy.. but easily distracted!

It's going...
Couldn't sleep last night at all.. then finally fell asleep and slept through my alarm, got to work late... didn't matter cause I was the only one in! haha
Exhausted.. Pushing through the day!
SO so sore... Back in the gym after a 6 week break cause of a pinched nerve in my lower back.. Got my ass kicked by a trainer on Monday and I'm paying...
How are you? Anything new? Working?
