We try and keep our focus on the roots of the profession - great art, no big egos, no trying to become famous, etc. Instead, we'll give you a tattoo that you can love years from now - without having to worry if it will fit in with the latest fad.

| About Our Artists: |
Shanty has over 20 years experience as a tattoo artist, and has owned Texas Inkslingers since 1993. His clients usually travel a minimum of 100 miles just to see him. He can tattoo almost anything, but his personal preference goes more to the twisted/evil side, and larger custom work. He prefers appointments, but will also do walk-ins.
Babette has been piercing for going on 6 years, and does most of her piercings freehand (no clamps). With only a few years of tattooing under her belt, she is rapidly gaining a loyal client following with her tattoos, and is already a well established and respected piercer.
J.D. Julian just joined the studio as the new apprentice. More to come on him! |

Hey guys! Was in Dumas yesterday and didn't realize you were closed on Mondays! Ha! I need to get with ya'll soon and get some new ink! I have soooo many ideas...lol...just don't know where to start next. Either work on background of older ink, or something new ?!? Hmmm... maybe both! Will stop in and see ya next time I'm in town!

| You did some work on one of my "unfixable" tats....well at least everyone said it was unfixable, with the expection of you. I am sooo thrilled that my beautiful little butterfly is fixed! I still get compliments on it all the time!! Just wanted to say thanks!!!! |

| Hey Bab....Yeah the new studio thing went south FAST. This prolly aint the place to get into it but lets just say I didnt wanna risk my freedom over the bullshit he was doing at the shop. So now Im looking for a new place but am getting frustrated with all the attitudes.....thinking about hanging it up. Shops just aint what they used to be. |
